Service Description
Wellness Plans are customised guides that help you in achieving your health and wellness goals. This could include factors such as improving sleep, exercising, nutrition and mental health. As everyone has a different area that they would like to focus on, these plans are customised according to individual goals and needs. The process entails having a one to one session online to discuss and assess current wellness and develop goals. The plan will then be developed and is discussed in detail with outcomes and timeframes in the second session. In order to monitor sustainability and progress a follow up session will be conducted to fine tune or adapt plan if needed.
