10 day gratitude challenge

We are still on our journey of gratitude. Let me encourage you to partake in our 10 day gratitude challenge with the apt words of Fairness E. Faust: “ The thankful heart opens our eyes to a multitude of blessings that continually surround us.”

Day 1: Send a message to a loved one telling them how much you appreciate them.

Day 2: Think about things you are grateful for in your job and make a list. Stick it up on your wall or fridge.

Day 3: What foods do you enjoy most, think about moments you enjoyed these and with whom.

Day 4: Call a friend and catch up.

Day5 : Reflect on your skills- what are you grateful for? Make a list.

Day 6: Think about one challenge you have overcome and think of how strong you’ve become from this challenge.

Day 7: Smile at colleagues, tellers, friends and everyone you come across today.

Day 8: When you get good service from someone, write a review or write to the manager.

Day 9: Every time you want to complain, turn it into something positive.

Day 10: Wake up and let your first three thoughts be about what you’re thankful for.
