You’re supported by a licensed, PhD-qualified therapist, registered with the SACSSP, SAASWIPP, and the Board of Healthcare Funders offering ethical, evidence-based care in a safe, confidential space.
My approach is trauma-informed and gently explores what’s beneath the surface,not just the symptoms.
Together, we make sense of how your past may be shaping your emotions, relationships, and sense of self.
